Please read the information below carefully, before contacting us with regard to any gallery to phone image download.

Firstly, thank you for choosing picture-pal and our gallery to mobile phone download service.

If you are experiencing any problems with your download, the following instructions should assist you in resolving your problem.

Our service is only compatible with internet enabled phones and you must have an active internet connection (either through Wifi, GPRS or 3G connectivity)

Once you have text us the image details to the short code number of 60999, you should receive a reply text message within a couple of minutes, which includes instructions for the download.

The text message will contain a web link which will direct you to your image on our server. Depending on your type of phone the instructions to download the image can vary:

  • Android: Click on the link - the image will download to your phone as a file. You may need to have a memory card installed in your phone to accept downloads.
  • iPhone: Click on the link - the image will appear in the 'Safari' browser. Hold your finger down on the image for approx. 3 seconds - a menu will popup where you can 'save' your image to your phone
  • Other/older phones: either highlight the Web link or use the options button and select 'Use Detail'. You can now choose 'Web Address', which will highlight our link within the message, select 'Use' and you will automatically be connected and start downloading the image to your handset. Once the download has completed, your phone will normally prompt you to save the image, please ensure that you do this straight away.
